Fred A. Puccio, DDS
Dr.
Fred A. Puccio, the Principal of Midland Dental Care, P.A., started
practicing in 1994. His expertise lies in all areas of dentistry,
such as cosmetic dentistry, prosthetic dentistry, general dentistry,
and implant dentistry. Dr. Puccio graduated from New York University
College of Dentistry. He completed his post-doctoral specialized
training at East Orange, VA Medical Center, where he received numerous
commendations from the Office of the Chief of Staff.
He presently holds teaching positions at Hackensack University
Medical Center and St. Joseph's Medical Center where he has also
received awards such as "Teaching Attending of the Year". Also,
among his many other accomplishments, is his claim to be one of
"America's Top Dentists", which was awarded to him by the Consumer's
Research Council of America. Dr. Puccio is regarded as a highly
skilled practitioner, with an incredible chair side manner. He is
a member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association,
The Bergen County Dental Society, and the Bergen County Implant
Study Group.
Dr. Puccio resides in Wyckoff with
his family, where he spends time involved with neighbors and community
functions. He yearly visits both public and private schools, ranging
from Preschool to Middle School children, where he performs free
dental exams, as well as teaching good oral hygiene to the children.
Also, he frequently gives lectures at both the Garfield and Saddle
Brook Senior Centers on various dental topics.

Robert DeFalco, DDS
Dr.
DeFalco graduated from NYU School of Dentistry in 1992. He then
went on to a General practice residency for one year and completed
a four-year residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. DeFalco
received his board certification from the American Board of Oral
& Maxillofacial surgery in March 1999. Currently he is an Assistant
Clinical Professor at the Seton Hall School of Graduate Medical
Education. He holds staff positions at St. Josephs Hospital and
Medical Center, Hackensack University Medical Center, and the University
of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. DeFalco also is a well-known
lecturer speaking on many topics ranging from craniofacial surgery
to medical emergencies.
Dr. DeFalco is an active member of the American Board of Oral &
Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial
Surgeons, New Jersey Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons,
American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, and
American Association of Cleft Lip & Palate.
Dr. DeFalco's practice covers a wide range of Oral & Maxillofacial
procedures including third molar extractions, implants, orthognastic
surgery, cosmetic surgery, birth defects, pathological procedures
and trauma.

Ali N. Weiselberg, DDS
Dr. Ali N. Weiselberg graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 2006. In addition to mentoring first and second year dental students, Ali was in the Orofacial Pain Honors program, was a member of the implant society and was a member of the esthetics group. Her expertise is in general dentistry, and cosmetic and esthetic dentistry.
Dr. Weiselberg completed her post–doctoral studies as a resident at Hackensack University Medical Center where she is now on the attending staff. She has received many accolades as a talented dentist with an award winning personality. Dr. Weiselberg is a member of the American Dental Association, The New Jersey Dental Association, The Bergen County Dental Society, and International Association for Dental Research.
Dr. Weiselberg is a life-long resident of Fort Lee where she received her primary education before attending New York University, College of Arts and Sciences where she majored in psychology while following the pre-dental track and received her baccalaureate degree. Dr. Weiselberg is licensed in both New York and New Jersey.

Waleed Ben Elchami, DMD
Dr. Waleed Ben Elchami completed his undergraduate studies at New York University. He then completed his post graduate studies at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, New Jersey Dental School, and post doctoral residency at Hackensack University Medical Cental for General Dentistry in 2006. Dr. Elchami practices general, cosmetic, pediatric, endodontic, and prosthetic dentistry.
Dr. Elchami is currently a member of the American Dental Association and the New Jersey Dental Association. Dr. Elchami has also taken courses on CEREC, Implants, and Invisalign.

Dr. Helen Ann DeSimone
Dr. Helen Ann DeSimone graduated from Fairleigh Dickenson University undergraduate in 2000 and from NYU College of Dentistry in 2003. She completed her general practice residency at Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, NJ in 2004. In 2006, Dr. DeSimone completed a fellowship in Special Care Dentistry at The Rose F. Kennedy/Montefiore Medical Center. Currently, she is completing her specialty training in pediatric dentistry, as well as serving as Chief Resident of Pediatric Dentistry at Staten Island University Hospital.
Dr. DeSimone’s practice includes all types of pediatric dental treatment ranging from sealents, fillings to space maintainers & extractions. She is also responsible for the treatment of all of our special needs patients.
