Angela – Office Manager reception@midlandfamilydental.com She is responsible for the day to day running of the practice, along with her trusted and competent staff. Top of Page Laura – Appointment Scheduling Laura’s is the friendly voice that greets you each time you call. She is responsible for scheduling and confirming all appointments. Patients appreciate the time taken to make dental appointments fit seamlessly into our patients hectic lives. Also, Laura is the person who will check insurance eligibility, and find out the complexities of each patients plan to the best of our ability. She also aids in the processing of all claims that leave the office. Top of Page Kim – Dental Hygienist They are the experienced and gentle hygienists in our practice. Kim and Crstal are the first line of defense in preventing Periodontal Disease. They will give you an overview of your current dental health, and help you maintain good oral hygiene. Also, the will aid you in obtaining the whitest smile possible with the administration of our in office BriteSmile.
